Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule.  Cancellations or reschedule requests received less than 48 hours prior to your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

Your treatments are reserved especially for YOU. I value you as a person and the trust you have in me. I will do everything I can to work with you on an unavoidable circumstance but kindly ask you to give me a heads up as much as possible.  A missed or late cancelled appointment denies someone on my cancellation list an opportunity to get in.   
 

All cancellations must be made with Wendy directly by calling or texting at 207.400.7674.  Wildwood Medicine may not cancel your appointments, and leaving a message with them does not fulfill a cancellation request.
